Lord Krishna is to a spiritual seeker what God is to a normal human being. Lord Sri Krishna is the culmination of all things spiritual. Lord Krishna is the end of the spiritual journey itself.
Sri Krishna an avatar of the era (Almighty God manifest in human form) came about 3600 years before. The coming of Sri Krishna was laden with a great responsibility. He upheld Dharma at a stage of time when the society was at its lowest ebb.
Adharma was prevalent all over. King Duryodhana had announced an exile of 14 years for the Pandava kings. It was practically a banishment of the Pandavas from the kingdom with the hope that the whole kingdom could be usurped by King Duryodhana himself.

The Pandavas were the rightful owners of the throne and Justice was denied to them. It was only Sri Krishna who could have set the system in order. The sooner Pandavas returned from the exile... Lord Sri Krishna exhorted the Pandavas to fight back King Duryodhana. No further exile... no further banishment!

King Arjuna who was the head of the Pandava camp refused to fight. Any amount of urgings by his companions and the countrymen lay waste. He refused to fight the enemy which consisted of his cousin brothers, relatives and friends. According to him it would be an enormous bloodshed without a purpose.
It was this time when Lord Krishna imparted to King Arjuna the doctrine of Bhagavad Gita. Lord Krishna simply stated to King Arjuna that the fight was between Dharma and Adharma. It was a fight for justice. As King Arjuna represented his countrymen... he could not behave like a coward at this stage.

Lord Krishna exhorted Arjuna to fight for a cause... the cause of justice and Dharma. Lord Krishna emphasized on Arjuna that it was not Arjuna fighting the war (Mahabharata). He was merely an instrument in the hands of God. He had to fight the war (Mahabharata) and ultimately win it. Dharma had to be won at all costs.
Lord Krishna enthused that nothing belonged to anybody existing on Mother Earth. Everything belonged to God. Every living being (Jiva) was merely a body for the soul (the man within). In fighting the cousins, relatives and friends it was not to be a fight between bodies. It was to be a fight between Dharma and Adharma.

Lord Krishna again exhorted Arjuna with the fact that in present life whomsoever he may be related to... in the past life he may have been related to somebody else and also in the future manifestations he would be related to different people. Then where does the question arise of not fighting the war of Dharma (Mahabharata) against those who have manifested the present bodies.
It was Arjuna and only King Arjuna during the times of Lord Krishna who could have understood the sermon of Bhagavad Gita. It was only King Arjuna who could have deciphered the sermon of Bhagavad Gita in its entirety. For this matter came Arjuna had an edge over the other Pandava kings.

Lord Krishna knew that only one who was dutifully bound to his countrymen... was absolutely truthful by nature could be made to logically understand the sermon of Bhagavad Gita. He was right for in the end King Arjuna agreed to fight the enemy from within.
Bhagavad Gita encompasses the complete wisdom of the cosmos that is requisite of a serious seeker of spirituality. The knower of Bhagavad Gita becomes omniscient... there is nothing more to learn other than contained in Bhagavad Gita.

The sermon of Bhagavad Gita by Krisna contains within it all ingredients for one to gain enlightenment within one's life. If one were to realize God in this life... one had to ceremoniously follow the dictates of Bhagavad Gita. There was no other remedy!
In no other religion, dogma or creed shall one find such precise clear path of reaching God within one's lifetime. Bhagavad Gita the doctrine dictated by Lord Sri Krisna forms the core of all that we call religion and spirituality. It is an end in itself. Understanding the pearls of wisdom contained in Bhagavad Gita by Sri Krisna one reaches the end of cosmic journey... liberating the self (our atman within) for ever from the cycle of birth and death.
Bhagavad Gita by Sri Krishna is a one-man university. One need not go to a school or read or follow any other sacred literature existing on mother earth... yet, following the dictates contained in Bhagavad Gita by Krisna... one reaches the end part of the earthly abode. One gains enlightenment and finally Salvation Moksha in Hinduism.

No religion teaches the path of reaching God. The Almighty God can only be reached by digesting the wisdom contained in Bhagavad Gita... the doctrine by Sri Krsna. The sermon by Lord Krisna in the battlefield of Kurukshetra made King Arjuna see the truth. He realized that it was not to be a blood shedding without a cause... it was at fight against Adharma.

Justice must prevail in the end and no sooner King Arjuna was able to digest the teachings of Bhagavad Gita by Sri Krsna... he prepared himself and the other Pandava kings for a most justified fight that ever occurred in the history of mankind.
What are the basic ingredients of the sermon by Lord Krisna? Is it at all necessary for one to indulge in spiritual pursuits early in life? Can one continue living a life of joy and harmony without ever having to pursue a spiritual goal of life?

Yes... all of it is possible yet, the end of journey as a human being culminates in one gaining enlightenment in the end and finally Salvation. Why not start now! Even as a human being there are about 11 million types of manifestations that a human being is entitled to. It is a long journey indeed before even as a human being one can gain enlightenment and finally Salvation Moksha in Hinduism.

The onus is unto us... we may start the journey now or many manifestations henceforth! The cosmic goal of every human being shall ever remain the same... gaining enlightenment and finally Salvation for the soul within (liberation for ever from cycle of birth and death).
Lord Krisna taught humanity the basics of life. In Bhagavad Gita Lord Krishna explains in detail how it is our soul the atman within which is on a cosmic journey. And for any soul the atman within to purify itself... it needs a body to work out its karma.

Initially manifesting the body of an amoeba (the first manifestation) in the series of 8.4 million manifestations that can occur in the lifetime of a soul the atman within... it is only after manifesting a total of 7.3 million lives that the body of a human being can be manifested by soul the atman within. Never before!

Human being... the highest manifest stage in the life of a soul the atman within is the noblest form of life. It is only as a Human Being that one can gain enlightenment and finally Salvation (moksha). Never from the kingdom of heaven can one gain stage of enlightenment directly. It can never be!
It has been clearly spelt out in hinduism that having spent time in the kingdom of heaven... every Deva (Godly being) again comes back to the confines of the mother earth... Only then the soul atman can emancipate forever.

Bhagavad Gita... the doctrine put forward by Lord Krishna teaches one the basic values of life. Bhagavad Gita surmises that the kingdom of God does not differentiate between a laborer and a King. In the kingdom of God all are equal.

Every human being has equal right to approach and be with God. One maybe at any stage of life... the path towards God always remains open for all. Unlike religions which differentiate between various classes of human beings... spirituality as put forward by Lord Krishna in Bhagavad Gita is available to the downtrodden and the masters alike.
It is only Bhagavad Gita and the Bhagavad Gita alone which in totality explains the path towards God in 700 neatly laid shlokas (aphorisms). As the pearls of wisdom in Bhagavad Gita get bared before us... nothing heavenly could deviate us from the noble path of spirituality!

Bhagavad Gita by Lord Krishna single-handedly bares before us the Spiritual path in its entirety. The follower of Bhagavad Gita by Lord Krishna need not further follow any religion or creed. The need to go to a temple, church or mosque also does not arise.

The path to spirituality is straightforward and clear. No dogmas to deviate us from the fixed path!
Every evolving living being (Jiva) shall one day gain enlightenment and finally Salvation (moksha). Bhagavad Gita is the only doctrine existing on mother earth which guides one on the path towards Almighty God.

It is one document which has been made available to mankind by God Almighty... wherever and whenever one desires to proceed on the path of spirituality!

Lord Krishna has been considered as an Avataar (God Almighty manifest in human form). He had Godly powers right from his childhood. He laid bare the essentials of spirituality that required one on the path towards God.
To choose or not to choose... to proceed or not to proceed on the path of spirituality in present life is the absolute right and prerogative of every human being. The Bhagavad Gita does not impose upon one any restrictions whatsoever. Every human being can start on the journey towards God guided by Bhagvad Geeta as and when one desires.

Bhagavad Gita is not a doctrine of compulsions... it simply bares before us the essential truth of us... the truth that it is our soul the atman within that has taken the body and not vice versa. Whatever ego any human being may carry... the fruit of karma by every human being always rests with our soul the atman within.

As one evolves from one manifestation to another higher level of manifestation... it is through the process of chromosomes that the residual karma of past lives is transferred to the present life. Whether we shall be born in the family of a King or a laborer is purely determined by the balance of karma brought forward.
In the cosmic hierarchy... anything going wrong at any stage is absolutely ruled out. If Stephen Hawking in his book "a brief history of Time" has spelt out that the system of God is disordered at some stage... it is simply because the scientists are blind to the basic fundamentals of spirituality. It is only treading the path of spirituality with a firm faith in existence of god can one gain enlightenment and finally Salvation (moksh).

Science demands proof... in the system of God it is absolute faith which finally governs. Similar as we can feel the presence of a flower by its smell but cannot see it... every seeker of spirituality can feel the presence of God every time and everywhere. Yet, scientists world-wide have always questioned the factor of absolute faith in the system of God.
They have miserably failed in the field of spirituality. They shall always continue to fail for they desire to analyze the system of God by the limited power of senses. Faith commands us to view beyond the limitations of senses and accept the absolute truth as such. Spirituality is like the hidden part of the block of ice floating in water. Hardly 10% is visible and the rest is all speculation.
Spirituality demands the highest level of faith in the system of God. It has to be firm and absolute. It was only Einstein who in the later stages of life realized that he should not have analyzed God from the angle of science. He admitted his mistake but it was too late by then. His desire to proceed on the path of pure Spirituality always remained a dream.

Bhagwad Gita
Arjuna Upon arriving at the battlefield, and seeing that the enemies are his family, his grandfather, his cousins and loved ones, Arjuna becomes doubtful about fighting. Krishna then advises him about the battle, with the conversation soon extending into a discourse which was later compiled as the Bhagavad Gita In the Bhagavad Gita the famous quote said by the lord krishna is "Yadaa yadaa hi dharmasya, glanir bhavti bharat, abhyutthaanam adharmasya, tadaatmaanam srujamyaham, paritranay sadhuna, vinashay ch duskrutaam, dharm sansthapnarthay sambhavani yuge yuge".Download Now Click Here

CHAITANYA AVATAR
"Caitanya Mahaprabhu was born in Mayapur in the town of Nadia just after sunset on the evening of the 23rd Phalguna (1407 Sakadba), answering to the 18th of February 1486 of the Christian Era. The moon was eclipsed at the time of His birth, and the people of Nadia were then engaged, as was usual on such occasions, in bathing in the Bhagirathi with loud cheers of Haribol Click Here
